Join an interest or activity-based group, attend community events, and make time in your routine for social connection. Get to know your classmates and professors. Create spaces for you and your friends to have open communication where you can be vulnerable, nonjudgmental, and kind. Remember to be fully present at the moment when spending time with loved ones.
