Take Time, Take Care

Join the Center for Health Education and Wellness and the Be Well employee wellness program for Take Time, Take Care on Wednesday, September 25, 11:00am – 3:00pm, at Circle Park!

Take time to take care of your mind, body, and spirit with free yoga, meditation, and mindfulness sessions designed to fit into a busy schedule. Express gratitude and engage in other activities designed to help you unwind. Discover the many ways you can manage stress through on-campus and community services.

Yoga mats will be available to borrow, and all sessions are free and beginner-friendly. Free giveaways, tank tops, and light refreshments will also be provided. Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome.

Take Time, Take Care Schedule

Each one hour block will feature several 10-12 minute sessions that instructors will lead participants through. Stay for one session, two, or more!
