Join the Center for Health Education and Wellness and the Be Well employee wellness program for Take Time, Take Care on Wednesday, September 25, 11:00am – 3:00pm, at Circle Park!
Take time to take care of your mind, body, and spirit with free yoga, meditation, and mindfulness sessions designed to fit into a busy schedule. Express gratitude and engage in other activities designed to help you unwind. Discover the many ways you can manage stress through on-campus and community services.
Yoga mats will be available to borrow, and all sessions are free and beginner-friendly. Free giveaways, tank tops, and light refreshments will also be provided. Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome.
