Created by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, this awareness month is dedicated to highlighting the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. This year’s theme is “Eat Right, Bite by Bite” and we’re hosting a lunch and learn all about eating right.

Join the Center for Health Education & Wellness and the Be Well employee wellness program as we celebrate National Nutrition Month with a lunch & learn about healthy eating.
With so many diets, cleanses, and nutrition tips in the media, it can be hard to understand what it means to eat a healthy diet. We’re going beyond the headlines and influencers to share the building blocks of healthy eating and the facts behind popular diets.
