Goodnight, Vols Sleep Promotion Toolkit

Toolkits are 50 minutes programs designed to be self-facilitated by the requester. Toolkits include the materials needed to deliver a successful program with lesson plans that offer step-by-step instructions, activity sheets, and evaluations.

The Sleep Promotion Toolkit is designed to introduce students to the causes of insufficient sleep, the effects of insufficient sleep, and sleep hygiene. Students will learn about various techniques to improve the quality and quantity of sleep.
