Join the Center for Health Education and Wellness and the VOLS 2 VOLS for our Spring Semester Lunch and Learns. For each session, a different faculty member will join us to talk about the research they have conducted as it pertains to college students and their health. During Spring Semester, we hope to have professors discuss exercise and mental health, healthy relationships, and alcohol or sexual violence prevention.
Lunch and Learns for the spring semester are scheduled for:
- January 27th, 12:30pm – 1:30pm – Dr. Eugene Fitzhugh
- February 24th, 12:30pm – 1:30pm – Dr. Kristin Gordon
- March 31st, 12:30pm – 1:30pm – Speaker TBA
Each session will take place from 12:30pm – 1:30pm at the Center for Health Education & Wellness Conference Room 201.
Registration is now open for each session! Please sign up for as many Lunch and Learns as you are available for. We will be sure to send out reminder e-mails when it gets closer to the date.
*Participation is limited to the first 25 students who sign up for each session. Lunch will be provided to the first 25 students who register for this event.

Our second session will be led by Psychology professor Dr. Kristin Gordon. Dr. Gordon will be sharing information about her work in couples therapy and her research surrounding developing and maintaining healthy relationships.
